Copables is a guided daily programme. To run it we keep some information about you, including information about your health. This page says what we keep, why, who helps us process it, and how to delete it.

What we collect

• Your account: your email address, and your profile photo if you sign in with Google or Apple. The name you choose to be called. Sign-in is handled by Clerk.
• Your intake: what you tell us when you start — about you, your history with your condition, its impact on your life, and what you hope for. You can type it or say it out loud.
• Your programme record: which days and lessons you have done, your daily check-ins, the photos you take of your daily card, and your conversations about them.
• Your voice, only when you choose to talk instead of type. Recordings are turned into text and are not kept as audio.
• Your device: a push notification token and an installation id, if you turn on reminders, so they reach the right phone.
• How the app is used: product analytics (screens opened, buttons pressed) and session recordings with every text field masked, through PostHog.

Why

Only to run the programme for you: to tailor it to what you told us, to show your progress, to answer you, to remind you when you asked us to, and to understand which parts of the app work. We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

Who processes it for us

• Clerk — accounts and sign-in.
• Neon (database) and Cloudflare (hosting, file storage, speech-to-text) — where your record lives.
• OpenAI, Google (Gemini) and Groq — to understand what you say and write and to respond.
• PostHog — product analytics.
• Expo, Apple and Google — to deliver push notifications.

Not medical advice

Copables supports a programme; it does not diagnose or treat any condition and is not a substitute for a doctor. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, contact your local emergency services.

Deleting your data

In the app, open Settings → Delete account. That deletes your login and everything you have recorded — your intake, days, check-ins, card photos and conversations — straight away. It cannot be undone. You can also email jyc@copables.com and we will delete it for you.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailingjyc@copables.com. The app is not intended for children under 16.

Security

Everything travels over HTTPS. Your photos and records are private to your account and are never served from a public link.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change matters.
